Training

By the time you have even set foot inside the door we have invested in you, why would we stop once you have?
All of our training modules are loaded into an online portal for you to work your way through, you will have access to this straight away and the most important modules will be completed before you are “on the floor” to avoid that first day panic when a guest asks you a question!

In a young, growing company with multiple sites, there are always options for career progression; We don’t just say we train and develop people, we deliver on it… we fill around 80% of our management roles through promotion.
We can offer training in everything from English language classes to wine qualifications to Health and Safety and HR. We work alongside a variety of Training providers including HIIT Training, Michael Caines Academy, Cornwall College and many more.
