Philema Hospitality Management Joins Room to Reward Scheme to Support Hidden Heroes and Give Back to the Community.

We’re thrilled to announce that Philema Hospitality Management has partnered with Room to Reward, a charity dedicated to recognizing dedicated volunteers by offering them complimentary hotel stays.

Through this partnership, Philema Hospitality will donate unused hotel rooms throughout the year, allowing exceptional volunteers—nominated as “Hidden Heroes” by their charities—to enjoy well-deserved breaks at no cost.

Laura Cameron, Managing Director at Philema, shared: “We’re proud to support such a meaningful initiative, showing appreciation for volunteers who make an incredible difference in their communities.”

Room to Reward’s mission and purpose is summarised by Founder, Nicolas Roach: “Up and down the country, there are so many people helping, caring and loving others. A lot of those people, really need a break. We can give those people a break, use some empty rooms, and really make a difference.”
