Celebrating Loyalty and Dedication: Philema Hosts Length of Service Reward Dinner

That’s why we were proud to host our first recent Length of Service Reward Evening Dinner to celebrate our exceptional team serving 5 years of service and longer.

The evening was a chance to come together, reflect on shared achievements, and honour the loyalty of those who have been instrumental in Philema’s journey over the years, with over 80 employees invited, serving from 5 to over 30 years service.

At the heart of our business philosophy is a commitment to investing in our people. Recognising and celebrating milestones is more than a gesture; it’s a testament to our belief that happy, valued employees build stronger companies.
