Celebrating Apprenticeships

A successful month of Apprenticeships.

As a company, we aim to provide training wherever possible and offer opportunities to each team member allowing them nurture their evolution within the industry and of course within their current roles at Philema Hospitality Management.

Running alongside our internal Management and Supervisor programme (a twelve-month-long programme to provide strong overall training and development for our employees) we’ve been working closely with Cornwall Apprenticeships to actively promote training and development through Apprentices. Throughout July, we were pleased to see the completion of four apprenticeships in two categories:

• Hospitality Supervisor Level 3

• Commis Chef Level 2
